Returns or order cancelations PolicyDue to all items are made for order there is currently no returns or refunds allowed. Because of manufacturing nature of 3D printing I do not keep stock of items and instead I make them to order and because I personally make each item I inspect them to my standard and will not ship anything that I wouldn't deem satisfactory myself. There maybe a short window of time after placing your order and before I start to make it where I will accept a cancelation and offer a refund but this is only if I haven't started making the item/s. If your item/s have been made I will ship them to the address provided. All Payments are final unless under certain circumstances that I deem fair. Please contact info@the3dguy.co.uk along with your order number for any questions or issues.

What is the material of the items made of?The majority of items are made from a type of plastic called PLA. This plastic is made using corn oil instead of crude oil so its a lot more bio-degradable. Another type of Plastic material that maybe used is called PETG. This type is mainly used for items that will need addition strength or higher temperature requirements over PLA. Mainly items used to hold weight or be used for practical applications.

Delivery informationCurrently I use Evri as the delivery service and default to use there 2-4 working days tracked service. I will package your item/s as best as possible and depending on the size of the item/s they will either be boxed or in a card backed envelope. If you wish to request a different or quicker service please email: info@the3dguy.co.uk along with your order number and we can discuss other shipment methods.

Missing or Broken item/sI send all packages tracked through Evri so we can both track its journey. If however it is undelivered to you please using the tracking information emailed to you log a support ticket with Evri and I will also do the same so we can start the missing package procedure. Also please email info@the3dguy.co.uk along with your order number, reporting any missing packages/items where we will discus options. If your item/s have been delivered damages/broken please do the same steps as mentioned above and we can discuss options.
