Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by The3DGuy are made to order using 3D-printing. Because of this, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, change-of-mind purchases, or ordering mistakes.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the delivery company immediately and open a support ticket or damage claim.

  2. Send me a message with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  3. I will also open a claim with the delivery company from my side so that I can be reimbursed for the damaged shipment.

Once the claim has been opened and evidence has been provided, I will send out a replacement item at no additional cost.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All products are produced individually to order. Variations in colour, finish, or minor visual differences are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.
