Thank you for shopping with The3DGuy. All items are made to order and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Production Time

All products are 3D-printed to order.
Typical production times are 2–5 working days, depending on order volume and model complexity. Larger or multi-colour items may take longer.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been printed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped using trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or other suitable services depending on the size and weight of your item.

Approximate delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 working days

  • International: 5–14 working days (varies by location and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates only, and delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not liable for delays or lost items caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the courier first using your tracking information.
Then contact us so that we can also assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged:

  1. Please open a support ticket or damage claim with the courier immediately.

  2. Provide us with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

  3. We will also file a claim from our side.

Once the claim is opened and evidence is provided, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country’s authorities.
